𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙝𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧?
How we can eat in almost twice the amount of food in this season that we normally do ??
If you feel more hungrier during this winter season ,you’re not alone 🤭
Let me tell you this sudden hunger is nothing but our 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲’𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐦 .
During winters,our body temperature tends to drop.In this season ,we don’t even feel like moving in our house ,let alone going outside due to sudden drop in energy levels.
In this case body switches on starvation mode ,it feels that they are not getting enough nutrients in the blood to keep us warm and resulting stimulation of hunger cells which results in excessive hunger 🙄
Also our metabolism goes down during this time .Our body drawn towards more heavy food (ghee,sugar and more carbs kind) .
This is our body’s message to generate more calories .
𝐀𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 ➡️𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 ➡️𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 .
As we feel sluggish there is minimal physical activity as we prefer to stay more in our cozy blanket .
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞???
We should stop munching on food like donuts,biscuits,Namkeen .
As they provide instant energy in the form of glucose but this are calorie dense food and results will be those extra weight gain .
So keep some healthy snacks like sprouts,eggs ,chicken ,handful dry fruits ,peanut butter ready in your kitchen when you feel hungry have healthy snacks ❤️
Also have some routine in where you will keep yourself physically active throughout the day .
