Ayurveda regimen for Psoriasis
Get up in morning in Brahma Muhurta I.e. 3 am to 6 am
Exercise for 30 minutes or till you get sweat on forehead
Breakfast at 8 am
Lunch at 1 pm
Dinner at 6.30 pm before sunset
Avoid
Bakery products
Milk products
Stale food
Pickles
Nuts such as almonds, cashews, peanuts and pistachios.

Psoriasis is a disease seen most often in clinical practice. It has severe impact on patients psychological and social life . Psoriasis is still spreading rapidly even though symptomatic relief is available in contemporary medicine but long term side effects are there. Any change in skin color makes the patient physically uncomfortable as well it has severe impact on patients mental health. Psoriasis or kitibha kushtha is an autoimmune disorder in which scaling and itching of skin disturbs the daily routine of the patient. The Ayurvedic diagnosis is considered as vata kapha predominant Ek kushtha. Ayurveda is a life science which gives personalized treatment for every patient.
