Pertinent to mentioned that all over India there are 6 CRC but in our state we have Two. Our long pending demand for the implementation of NATIONAL TRUST ACT.1999 in J&K State is going to fulfill,for this Act. we have send 192 mails to CM & Kumari Sailja MSJE. and we have also filed a petition in Legislative Council of J&K State & result The Act is drafted and cleared by the Dept. of Law Justice & Parliament Affair & now in Dept. 1. Don't grab their cane.
2. Don't move their cane out of the way.
3. Don't grab their arm or body without asking.
4. Don't shout directions from far away.
5. Don't assume they can’t do something just because they’re blind.
6. Don't assume they can navigate unknown place with white cane.
, 7. Don't walk in front of the cane.
8. Don't leave obstacles (like bags, scooters, or bikes) in walkways.
9. Don't take the cane away to “help guide them.”
10. Don't treat the cane as a toy, prop, or something to play with. 11. Don't step on cane, when you are in hurry.
