Under the guidance of worthy Director AYUSH J&K Dr Suresh Sharma ji and under the supervision of respected District AYUSH Officer Jammu Dr Vandana Dogra Ma'am, an Ayush Medical Aid and Awareness Camp was organised in the presence of Hon'ble MLA Dr Rajeev Bhagat today at Shahpur Bishana Town on 14.11.2025 by Dr. Nalni Sharma , Dr Arushi Mahajan, Sh Thoru Ram Sup.Pharmacist and Smt.Meenu Gupta MTS .General Health check-up and free Ayush consultation was given.Awareness regarding lifestyle disorders and their prevention and cure through Ayush and Yoga, importance of millets for nutritional and health security was given along with free distribution of IEC materials. Free Ayush Medicines were distributed as per the ailment.

2.Lecture on lifestyle diseases and their management through yoga and ayush was given

Under the guidance of worthy Director AYUSH J&K Dr Suresh Sharma and supervision of District AYUSH Officer Jammu Dr Vandana Dogra, Two days mega Camp on the eve of Bhairo baba jayanti at dhounthly bazar Organised by Government Ayurvedic Dispensary Mubarak Mandi Jammu Concluded today on 13.11.2025.
Activities done at the Camp was General health check up and free Blood sugar test along with free distribution of Ayush medicines as per the ailment . IEC material regarding awareness on ritucharya, YOGA and Dincharya was also distributed.
Total Beneficiaries were 2107
and Free blood sugar test conducted 575.
Dr. Himani Bhutyal (M.O)and Staff of Government Ayurvedic Dispensary Talab khatikan also attend the Camp. Sh. Chandan Dutta Social activist appreciated AYUSH Department and Government Ayurvedic Dispensary Mubarak Mandi for Organising such Camp in the public interest.

HIMANI BHUTYAL and Dr SANDEEP BHAGAT ( Medical Officers AYUSH) today on 07-11-25 at JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDAYALAYA (JNV 1) Gharota. Where both were invited as RESOURCE PERSONS to deliver LECTURE . Activities done were : 1.Lecture delivered by Medical officers on “ Indian Knowledge System ( IKS) “ .
2.Awareness session on healthy eating habits and healthy food for healthy life.
3)I.E.C activities related to obesity Importance of yog for healthy life.

As per the directions of Worthy Director Ayush Dr SURESH SHARMA ji and under the supervision of DAO Jammu Dr VANDANA DOGRA an Ayush health checkup and awareness camp was conducted in collaboration with MIER College on 4.11.2025.
The Extension Unit of MIER College of Education (Autonomous) organized an awareness lecture on “Women’s Reproductive Health (Menstrual Hygiene)” at Government Girls Middle School, Kote (Purkhoo), an adopted village under the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan initiative. The primary objective of the programme was to develop awareness among adolescent girls and village women regarding menstrual health, hygiene practices, and preventive measures essential for maintaining reproductive well-being.
The programme began with a warm welcome address by Mrs.SUMAN DEVI, In-charge of the Extension Unit and Coordinator of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan. She extended a cordial welcome to the RESOURCE PERSON ; Dr. HIMANI BHUTYAL , Medical Officer Ayush along with Sarpanch Rajni Devi ji,Headmistress , Mr. Narayan , school staff, students, and local ladies. In her address, Mrs. Suman Devi highlighted the importance of creating awareness on women’s health issues, especially in rural areas.School of Social Sciences and Humanities, MIER College of Education, participated actively in the programme. Dr. HIMANI BHUTYAL delivered an informative lecture on “Menstrual hygiene and reproductive health” explaining common problems such as irregular cycles, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, urinary tract infections, and anemia. She emphasized proper hygiene practices, balanced nutrition, regular medical consultation, and psychological well-being. She also guided participants on safe menstrual management practices and preventive measures. Later on IEC material regarding Female health and ayush medicines were distributed among students , staff and locals.

Under the guidance of worthy Director Ayush Dr SURESH SHARMA and supervision of DAO Dr VANDANA DOGRA a stall was installed in Diwali Police Mela organised by J&K POLICE at Gulshan ground . *Shri Manoj Sinha, Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of the UT of J&K* along with High Rank Police Officers and officials visited all stall including Ayush stall .The stall depicted Ayush Medicines ,Medicinal Plants , Millets ,Yoga and Ayush methodolgies of treatment. Ayush Stall was installed As a part of showcasing the various activities/ products of the department in health sector for general awareness for public on Tuesday 14.10.2025 at Gulshan ground , Gandhi Nagar .The following team of Medical Officers and Paramedical Staff was deputed for duty in the said stall :

Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu, a Medical Aid Camp Ayush Awareness Program as part of Seva Parva and Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan organised by Mrs Anu Radha sharma (Mandal President BJP Mahilla Morcha) at Chowk Chabutra Jammu on 30th September 2025. various. Women volunteers also visited the camp site and mobilized women and children. patients were examined by the team of doctors comprising of Dr . HIMANI BHUTYAL, Dr. ARUN GUPTA , and Dr. SANJAY RAINA ,and free Ayush Medicines were dispensed among patients by the team of Interns and Paramedicals comprising Intern Dr. Sumit Bhat and Intern Dr. Varinder Singh and Under training Pharmacists Mr.Nasir, Me. Sumit Kapoor and MTS Raghav Kumar.
Awareness on Ayush ways of preventing and screening of common seasonal disorders was also imparted. Women Wellness Kits comprising of Ayush Nutritional Supplements were also distributed among the participants. IEC Material on various Ayush Public Health Programs were also distributed among the participants. Sh. Yudhvir Sethi worthy Member Legislatuve Assembly Jammu City along with Smt. Priya Sethi, Advocate Neha Mahajan (President Mahilla Mircha BJP) jointly inaugurated the camp and HONOURED AYUSH DOCTORS and PARAMEDICS and highlighted that such outreach programs are an excellent way of reaching the poor and making health services accessible at the door steps during this Sewa Parva.
