We have very energizing Yoga session with the new batch 05 of IPM(BBA+MBA) at Indian institute of Management Jammu. IIM on their orientation Program 2025. To achieve their carrier objective with focused mind with clarity and physical and mental well-being, we deliver the lesson on essential asanas, pranayama and meditative practices.

Yogatvam is privileged to conduct a three-day Yoga series for the first-year IPM students (Batch 2025–2028) at IIM Jammu, from August 21–23, 2025.

The sessions, held daily from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, are designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of yoga, emphasizing physical well-being, mindfulness, and mental clarity—integral for their academic and personal growth.

Day 1 was successfully led by Mr. Gautam Verma, Co-founder of Yogatvam, guiding students through foundational asanas, breathing practices, and meditation. The enthusiastic participation reflects the students’ commitment to holistic development.
