Not drinking enough water

Adding too many oils

If you want to balance your hormones naturally, seed cycling is genuinely one of the helpful and also the easiest routines to start β€” but only when you do it the right way.

How to do it:
Day 01–14 of your cycle: 1 tbsp flax + 1 tbsp pumpkin.
Day 15–28 of your Cycle: 1 tbsp sesame + 1 tbsp sunflower.

Best time to take them:
Morning works best β€” either on an empty stomach or mixed into your breakfast so you don’t forget.

Best way to have them:
Always freshly ground. Whole seeds just pass through the gut.
