By the grace of God, did a CRT-D today on a 42 years old female patient who came to Ankur Maitrika Hospital Emergency Room in unconscious state. She had complete heart block. TPI was done immediately.
During hospitalisation, had multiple documented VT that were DC verted. She was observed for more than 5 days but she remained TPI dependant.
Now she is stable and will be discharged soon.
I am thankful to all my cath lab staff for their support and above all to Dr Rohit Gupta, incharge ICU and Head, Anaesthesia and Critical Care and a dear friend and colleague for his support.

No walk in patients allowed.

Only 1 attendant to accompany only if the patient is not stable.

Every patient and attendant must wear mask.

In clinic premises, pls sit on designated seats so as to maintain social distancing.

Also only those patients who have some active cardiac problem should come to clinic and that too only from 5pm to 8pm.
