Good afternoon please do not panic regarding corona yet you must take complete precautions. Single most important precaution is whenever you have temptation to do itching of nose eyes and mouth please wash your hands adequately with soap and water so that you leave no chance for corona to infect you by contact. Apart from spread of corona virus by contact other route is respiratory droplets and best way is to wear a mask. Also cover your mouth and nose with tissue paper and dispose it off properly.

In present times when everyone is locked down one must keep busy in their hobbies do write up and just read news only once a day.Do regular exercises must take balanced diet so as keep yourself in physically and mentally fit.

India is lucky so far to have minimum cases of corona so far.
