Hii..this is Dipali Mehta.
Before 1 & 1/2 year I was a house wife. Because of my wrong food habbits I had gained my weight & also facing heel pain.
Due to my heel pain I had suffered many stress, tired & low energy. Then I realised that I need to change my body before it gets worst.
Because of my heel pain, I had taken so many injections, stroke in my heel & I feel very bad at that time.
Thanks to my wellness COACH, who guided me well & I followed their instructions. I replaced my meal with nutrition & made some change in my life. As per I was guided by my wellness COACH I lost 17 kgs in just 5 months & I felt so much energetic & most importantly my all health challenges got solved. Then I realised that majority of people in this world facing some kind of problems in their life & they need proper guidance.
So I started helping people to manage their body, weight & stay healthy life with good nutrition.
