आज दिनांक 23.9.2025 को सिविल सर्जन डॉ शहीर पाल के आदेशानुसार मास्टर कोच बैठक का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें सभी प्रतिभागियों ने इस बैठक में अपनी अपनी HIAS के प्रति जिम्मेदारियों को समझा एवं आगामी NUHM समीक्षा बैठक में सभी प्रतिभागियों का कोचिंग देने के लिए प्लान किया है एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में गत वर्ष 2023&24 से 2024 &25 में कॉपर टी की सेवाओं में बढ़ोतरी हुई है। बैठक में मुख्यतः रूप से जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक, शहरी कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक, जिला लेखा प्रबंधक, जिला डाटा प्रबंधक, शहरी लेखा पदाधिकारी, शहरी डाटा प्रबंधक, जिला अस्पताल प्रबंधक, साथ ही सभी शहरी लोक स्वास्थ प्रबंधक उपस्थित थे ।एवं पी एस इंडिया से डॉ खुशबू ने पीपीटी के माध्यम से सभ प्रतिभागियों को कोचिंग प्रदान किया एवं बैठक की समाप्ति पर सभी प्रतिभागियों को धन्यवाद ज्ञापन दिया।

Under the leadership of the Civil Surgeon of Singhbhum PSI India supported the City Coordination Committee (CCC) meeting, which brought together representatives from various government departments, including ICDS, Jusco,JNAC,Mango Nagar Nigam ,Jugslai Nagar Parishad and development partners(WHO,PSI India). The meeting discussed strengthening inter-departmental to achieve key Urban health goals, reviewed Planning updates, analysed HMIS portal data and ICDS expectations from other departments, and outlined the way forward.

Conducted City Coordination Committee Meeting under the leadership of Civil surgeon -brought together key officials to enhance urban health services with support of PSI india
Key highlights include:
✅ Review of NUHM progress and UPHCs updates.
✅ Strengthened inter-departmental coordination for School outreach and health camps.
✅ JAS formation support from respective ULBs.
✅ Immediate clearance of family planning payments and simplified claim processes.
✅ Reviewed of 15th Finance progress and discussed support required from respective ULBs.
