Ganglion cyst at ankle treated by excision

This patient came to our hospital witha complex segmental fracture shaft of femur and distal end radius and was very worried of the prognosis.
Patient was operated for both fractures, stitch out is being done and patient is happy now.
Knee movement is full.
यह मरीज हमारे अस्पताल मे जांघ और कलाई की हड्डी का फ्रैक्चर लेकर आया और काफी चिंतित थे, की फिर से सही हो पाएंगे या नहीं l
पूरी तरह से आश्वस्त होने के बाद मरीज का ऑपरेशन किया गया और टांके कटने के बाद मरीज काफी प्रसन्न है, और अपना पैर भी पूरी तरह से मोड़ रहे हैँ l

यह मरीज 3 महीने पहले ( 30/06/2021) टखने का फ्रैक्चर लेकर अस्पताल आये और टखने के पास काफी गहरा जख्म भी था l
मरीज की हालत स्थिर होने के बाद, सर्जरी हुई l अभी मरीज पूरी तरह से ठीक होकर प्रसन्न हैl

Operated on a 3 month old malunited fracture both bone form, with elbow and wrist stiffness and angulation at fracture site.
Performed ostoclasis of ulna and then Distal Radioulnar joint seemed dislocated which we tried to reduce and fixed it with K wire. The overlap of proximal and distal fragments was nibbled and fixation was done with 7 hole, 3.5 mm LCDCP.
The radius was left untouched as angulation seemed aaceptable and there was a butterfly fragment also.
