The college celebrated the 10th Ayurveda Day on 23rd September 2025 with great enthusiasm and devotion. The event began with the auspicious Dhanvantari Pooja, marking a graceful start to the occasion.

We were deeply honored by the presence of our Hon’ble Chairman, Dr. Vijay Singh Chauhan Sir, who inaugurated the celebration with his enlightening words. His inspiring address set a positive tone for the entire event.

Following the inauguration, prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions organized during the Ayurveda Week, appreciating their talent and dedication.

The students also presented wonderful cultural performances, adding joy and liveliness to the celebration. Their participation reflected the spirit and energy of Ayurveda Day.

Towards the conclusion, our respected Principal Sir delivered a motivational speech, emphasizing the significance of Ayurveda in today’s world. Furthermore, our esteemed faculty members also shared their valuable thoughts and words of encouragement, which truly boosted everyone’s morale.

The event concluded on a note of pride, inspiration, and collective commitment to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.

On the occasion of the 10th Ayurveda Day celebration, a Quiz Competition was organized at Prakash Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences & Research (PIAMS&R) on 22nd September 2025. The event was conducted with the objective of enhancing the academic quest, knowledge, and competitive spirit among students.

A total of 12 students participated, divided into four groups. The quiz covered various aspects of Ayurveda, Samhitas, and general medical knowledge, encouraging participants to showcase their understanding and quick-thinking ability.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation, healthy competition, and vibrant interaction. The students displayed excellent preparation and team spirit, making the event lively and successful.

The event concluded with appreciation for the participants and encouragement for all students to continue their pursuit of knowledge with dedication. The Quiz Competition not only enriched the students’ learning experience but also added a spirited academic dimension to the Ayurveda Day celebrations.

On 20th September 2025, a Free Health Camp was organized at Saraswati Vidhya Mandir, Rabupura, Bulandshahr to mark the 10th Ayurveda Day. The event aimed to spread awareness about Ayurveda’s role in promoting personal health and environmental sustainability, in line with this year’s theme “Ayurveda for Planet and People”.

The camp began with a lamp-lighting ceremony and a welcome speech highlighting the importance of Ayurveda by school Principal. A team of Ayurvedic doctors provided free health check-ups, consultations, and herbal medicines.
Informative sessions by our Principal Prof. Jagannath Haryan and team were conducted on:
• Dinacharya (daily routine) and Ritucharya (seasonal regimen).
• The role of Ayurveda in sustainable living and environmental care.

The camp received active participation from the local community, including students and patients with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, skin diseases, Surgical diseases like piles fistula, inguinal hernia, Eyes and ENT diseases and many more

The camp was a great success, offering free healthcare services while inspiring participants to adopt natural, eco-friendly, and preventive health practices. It effectively reinforced the theme of “Ayurveda for Planet and People”, showing Ayurveda’s relevance in promoting both human health and environmental harmony.

On the occasion of celebrating the 10th Ayurveda Day, Prakash Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences and Research (PIAMS&R), Jhajhar organized a Food Festival and Ayurveda Diet Demonstration as part of the Student Wellness Program on 19th Sept, 2025.

The students of PIAMS&R actively participated in the event by preparing and demonstrating various food items in accordance with the traditional guidelines and authentic formulations of Ayurveda Pathya Ahaar.

The dishes presented were not only delicious but also healthy, nutritious, and authentic, reflecting the Ayurvedic principles of dietetics aimed at maintaining balance, wellness, and preventive health.

The event served as a practical learning experience for students and a valuable platform to highlight the significance of Ayurvedic dietary concepts in promoting holistic health and well-being.

Overall, the Food Festival was a successful and enriching experience, aligning with the theme of Ayurveda for People & Planet.

As part of the celebrations of the 10th Ayurveda Day, Prakash Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences and Research, Jhajhar organized a School Outreach Program on 18th September, 2025.

A group of about 200 students from Saraswati Vidyamandir, Rabupura and Intermediate College, Kakod visited the institute on invitation. The program aimed at spreading awareness and inculcating interest in Ayurveda among young students.

The event included interactive sessions that highlighted the significance of Ayurveda in daily life, focusing on preventive and promotive health measures. Students also visited the Mini-Expo stalls organized within the institute, where they gained comprehensive knowledge on various aspects of Ayurveda, including Prakriti Parikshan, Medicinal Plants, Ayurvedic Formulations, Dinacharya, Rutucharya, Shalya Vidhi, and Panchakarma Therapies.

The program was well received, and students actively participated with great enthusiasm. The outreach initiative not only created awareness but also inspired curiosity about the rich heritage and contemporary relevance of Ayurveda.

On the occasion of celebrating the 10th Ayurveda Day with the theme “Ayurveda for People & Planet,” a Mini-Expo was organized at Prakash Institute of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences and Research, Jhajhar on 17th Sep,2025

The exhibition showcased various dimensions of Ayurveda, including:
Prakriti Parikshan
Medicinal Plants
Ayurvedic Formulations
Dinacharya and Rutucharya practices
Shalya Vidhi in Ayurveda
Techniques of Panchakarma Therapies

The stalls highlighted the importance of Ayurveda in promoting health and well-being through preventive, promotive, and curative aspects.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with approximately 250 visitors, including students from neighboring schools and colleges. The Mini-Expo served as an enriching platform for spreading awareness and knowledge about Ayurveda among the participants and visitors.

Overall, the Mini-Expo was a successful initiative, reflecting the institute’s commitment to preserving and promoting the wisdom of Ayurveda for the benefit of both people and the planet.

On the occasion of Cataract Awareness Month, the Dept. of Shalakya Ta**ra, PIAMSR, Jhajhar, organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp on 30th June 2025.

The initiative aimed to promote awareness about cataract and other common ocular disorders, especially among the rural population.

The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, staff, and villagers from nearby areas.

More than 30+ patients underwent detailed eye screening, including vision testing and preliminary diagnosis of eye conditions such as cataract, refractive errors, and conjunctivitis.

The Shalakya Ta**ra team emphasized the importance of early detection of ocular diseases and Ayurvedic preventive eye care measures and importance of chakshushya aahar vihar in ocular health .

The event provided an excellent opportunity for practical exposure to students while serving the community.
