Ideal gap between every meal should be 4-5 hours.

Take Meal 3-4 hour before going to sleep.

Taking meal on time plays a very important role how the food will absorbed in our body & it also balance our digestion.

The Science Behind Morning Wakefulness and Nighttime Sleepiness

Our bodies are designed to produce the sleep-inducing hormone melatonin after dark. The sleep-wake cycle in our body is regulated by our circadian rhythms, our body’s internal clock, which works with the light and darkness around us. When our retina perceives light, it signals the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (our body’s biological master clock) to suppress melatonin production, causing wakefulness. I often hear clients say that their thyroid disease symptoms can get in the way of regular exercise. Hands up if you can relate 🙋🏻‍♀️⁠

🦋 As a Hashimoto's warrior, I know too well how debilitating symptoms can be, leaving you feeling weak and fatigued. ⁠
I also know that making exercise a part of your daily routine can actually help improve your thyroid levels and manage your symptoms better. ⁠

🚶🏻‍♂️In saying that, moderate exercise provides a whole lot of other health and wellness benefits including, lowering your risk for heart disease, which is important since having a thyroid disorder increases your risk of developing a heart condition.⁠

Start slow and build up gradually with time and frequency, especially if you haven’t exercised in a while. ⁠

Moderate exercise helps to:⁠
