“Bas ghar ka khana kha lo, sab theek ho jaayega.”

Par sach yeh hai ki
ghar ka khana bhi unhealthy ho sakta hai
agar rasoi samajh ke na chalayi jaaye.

Roz galat oil,
namak zyada,
late night heavy dinner…
phir bloating, acidity aur weight g*in.

❌ Problem ghar ka khana nahi.
✅ Problem unaware cooking hai.

Healthy khana wo hota hai
jo body ke support me bana ho,
sirf ghar me bana ho — ye zaroori nahi.
