rotator cuff are a group of tendons over shoulder which are very important to lift shoulder . after age of 45 they are frequently torn. if diagnosed timely and arthroscopic repair can give wonderful results. I am sharing a similar case of 50 year female with rotator cuff tear. we did arthroscopic cuff repair using suture anchors after 1 month of injury. videos show the preoperative condition and condition after 6months.
