Preventive Measures

- Frequent Hand Washing

-Avoid going in crowded areas.

- Wear a Face Mask if you have to go to a crowded area or visit an infected area like clinic or hospital

- Eat fresh fruit and vegetables daily. Have fresh home made soup. Consume Honey, Ginger and Tulsi daily to improve respiratory immunity. Avoid Fried Foods and Refrigerated food and drinks.

- High Risk Persons (children less than 5 years, adults above 60, persons with a history of asthma and allergies, diabetics, patients with kidney failure on dialysis, cardiac patients and those with immuno deficiency states like cancer, AIDS, etc) must get Flu Vaccine shot
