With this latest cordless, angled agermen Laparoscope,last month I performed total 725 Tubactomy operations,successfully,out of it, 42 cases were having H/O one caesarian delivery,23 cases were having H/O two caesarean delivery,4 cases were having H/O three caesarian delivery.
Broke the myth that Laparoscopic tubactomy is contraindicated in ladies having H/O caesarian delivery. we can move forward under direct vision after slow genfle and blunt dissection we can remove adhisions,by laparoscope itself and its prongs , till tubes become visualized,than we can easily bloch tubes.
getting good response of my offer of free training. frsh MS degree holder are coming forward for training. its a two minutes procedure. Now a days Lapatoscopic surgery is becoming common, but in Medical collage , they are still opening abdomen of lady manually just to block tubes, (Traditional tubactomy). How much trauma a lady is facing,it should be banned immediately. Traditional Vasectomy have been banned and have bern replaced with NSV( बिना चिरा बिना टाँका), than why we can not ban TT, and it should ne replaced with Laparoscopic tubactomy,Not performed in Mefical vollage & even in AIIMS Jodhpur? how new generation will learn, I am ready to give my services there free.

After three months lock down,we again started Laparoscopic Tubectomy operations,but according to govt guidelines,no camps, not more than 10 cases allowed per day ,taking all precautions and maintaining proper social distancing, proper screening is done for Corona,there is more than one thousand cases are registerd and are in waiting list,now a days nobody wants Tradional Tubectomy. surprisingly there is only one Hospital active which is authorised and recognised from govt to perform lap sterilization. National health and family wellfare prgramme is one of most inportant programme of govt. with the help of this cordless angled , Germen laparoscope, I am performing about 300 cases per month (10 cases per day),we are performing operations not only 100 percent free but also a cheque of Rs 2000/- is given to each case at the time of discharge. (state govt pay) its a 2 minutes procedure and two hrs post operation hospitalisation ls required.and next day she can do her all routine work. surprisingly there is extreme shortage of trained Surgeons (in private sector),this is all because of our faulty teaching at PG kevel. fresh MS degree holder are saying that they never touched Laparoscope. Our teaching is theory oriented, how new generation will learn. Practical hand of fresh PG student is poor.
