BY THE GRACE OF GURUDEV, HELLISH LIFE TURNED INTO HEAVEN, FREEDOM FROM MADNESS AND INSOMNIA
गुरु कृपा से नारकीय जीवन स्वर्ग में बदला पागलपन व अनिद्रा से मुक्ति
First of all, I Humbly Salute infinite timed in the Lotus Feet of Sadgurudev Shri Ramlal Ji Siyag and Dada Gurudev Mahayogi Baba Shri Gangai Nath Ji Yogi, by whose grace I have got freedom from incurable mental illness, by whose grace my hellish life was transformed into heaven by the Grace of Gurudev. During meditation, I have many experiences of Gurudev.
4-5 years ago, I was attacked by some negative powers. Due to this, I suffered from mental illness. My in-laws are in Dholpur (Rajasthan), but due to lack of support from my in-laws , I stayed at my maternal home, Morena and got my illness treated by many doctors. But when I did not get any benefit, my brother took me to many various Temples, priests get amulets, threads etc. Whomever I went to, they all gave their own opinion. I became a prisoner in the house. My family members did not allow me to go out of the house alone, even if I did, I did not know where I was going.
It was November 2010, the foundation of Lakshmi Sikarwar's house was being dug in my neighbourhood. Lakshmi's father Shri Bhagwan Singh Parmar, who is a devotee disciple of Sadgurudev, used to visit there. When he came to know about my illness, he discussed the illness with my mother and said that your daughter will get well if she meditates on Gurudev.
He discussed about my illness and said that your daughter will get well if she meditates on Gurudev. He gave my mother a monthly magazine in which a woman was cured of insanity after 14 years. When my mother, sister-in-law and brother read that magazine, they also believed. They listened the initiation mantra on Zee Jagran channel. My mother experienced meditating in the first attempt itself. When he conducted meditation at our home, everyone experienced Meditation but I didn't. Then they started preparing to take me to Jodhpur, but I did not agree to go, so my brother went alone. He prayed to Gurudev for me, there Gurudev gave me cloves as prasad which were fed to me with tea and food. I started getting benefits from them after some time, but I did not liked to do Meditation. Now Lakshmi Sikarwar's house was built, since then his father Parmar Baba also lives in the same house. Seeing my pitiable condition, he used to ask me to meditate daily. He used to give me many monthly magazines to read. After reading them, I understood the experiences of many seekers, yogic activities and getting rid of diseases. On 18.05.2011, Parmar Baba gave me the monthly magazine August 2009 to read, on page no. 32 of which I read an article by a girl named Leena Manik, with whom Gurudev used to talk in meditation. After reading this, I became curious, which can be said that Guru's grace was bestowed upon me. On the same day at 5 pm, I asked Baba to make me meditate, so he explained the method of meditation and made me meditate. I started meditating. At first, there was a stir in my body, tears were coming out of my eyes. My head bent forward. I touched the ground. I had the darshan of Gurudev and he told me - daughter don't worry, all your problems will be solved. Baba opened the meditation by pressing the Agya Chakra with the thumb. He gave me Gurudev's photo and told me to keep meditating regularly at home. Even then I had the desire to go to him and meditate. I went to Baba's house and meditated for 4-5 days, after that I meditate regularly at my home. Every day Gurudev appears to me in meditation. - Today I am completely healthy by the grace of Guru. - I do not have any kind of mental stress or any complaint like insomnia. When and how does Guru's grace come. - There is a medium, Guru's grace came in my life through Parmar Baba and my hellish life changed into divinity. Therefore, I want to tell all the mothers, sisters, brothers, elders that if you become eligible for Guru's grace and go to his shelter, then your life will be blessed. If you miss the time, only regret will remain. I pray to Gurudev that how long will I stay in my maternal home, my navel is hanging in the air, which only Gurudev will take across. By his grace, if my in-laws accept me, then my boat will reach the shore. I bow repeatedly at the feet of Gurudev. Four lines written by Leena Manik encouraged me. I am writing those lines after remembering them again.

सर्वप्रथम मै सद्गुरुदेव श्री रामलाल जो सियाग एवं दादा गुरुदेव महायोगी बाबा श्री गंगाई नाथ जी योगी के चरण कमलों में बारम्बार प्रणाम एवं बन्दन करती हूँ, जिनकी कृपा से मुझे असाध्य मानसिक बीमारी से मुक्ती मिली है जो मेरे नारकीय जीवन को बदल कर गुरु कृपा से स्वर्ग प्राप्त हुआ है। ध्यान के दौरान मुझे गुरुदेव की कई अनुभूतियाँ होती है।
4-5 वर्ष पहले मेरे ऊपर कोई तामसिक शक्तियों का प्रकोप हो गया था। इस कारण मुझे मानसिक बीमारी हो गई। मेरा ससुराल धौलपुर (राजस्थान) में है किन्तु बीमारी के कारण ससुराल वालों का सहयोग न मिलने के कारण, मैं अपने माइके (पीहर) मुरैना रहकर तमाम डॉक्टरों से बीमारी का इलाज करवाया। मगर फायदा न मिलने पर मेरे भाई कई भोपा, भगतों के पास ले गये, ताबीज-डोरे आदि करवाने। जिनके पास भी जाते थे, वे सभी अपनी-अपनी राय देते थे। मैं घर में ही कैद हो गई। मुझे अकेली घर से बाहर नहीं जाने देते थे, कभी निकल भी जाती तो मुझे पता नहीं चलता कि मैं कहाँ जा रही हूँ?
नवम्बर 2010 की बात है, मेरे पड़ोस में लक्ष्मी सिकरवार के मकान की नींव खोदी जा रही थी। वही पर लक्ष्मी के पिताजी श्री भगवान सिंह परमार जो की सदगुरुदेव के साधक शिष्य है, वे वहाँ आया-जाया करते थे। उन्हें मेरी बीमारी का पता चला तो उन्होंने मेरी माँ से बीमारी की चर्चा की और कहा कि आपकी लड़की गुरुदेव का ध्यान करें तो ठीक हो जाएगी।
मेरी बीमारी के बारे में चर्चा की तथा कहा कि आपकी लड़की गुरुदेव का ध्यान करें तो ठीक हो जायेगी। उन्होंने मेरी माँ को एक मासिक पत्रिका दी जिसमें एक महिला 14 वर्ष बाद पागलपन से ठीक हुई वह पत्रिका मेरी माँ एवं भाभी, भाई ने पढ़ी तो उनको भी विश्वास हुआ। जी जागरण चैनल पर दीक्षा मंत्र सुना। मेरी माँ को पहली बार में ही ध्यान लग गया। उन्होंने हमारे घर पर ध्यान कराया तो सबका ही ध्यान लगा लेकिन मेरा ध्यान नहीं लगा। फिर मुझे जोधपुर ले जाने की तैयारी करने लगे लेकिन मैं जाने को तैयार नहीं हुई तो मेरा भाई अकेला ही गया। गुरुदेव से मेरे बारे में प्रार्थना की, वहां से लौंग दी गई जिसे चाय व खाने के साथ मुझे खिलाते थे। उससे कुछ समय बाद ही मुझे फायदा होने लगा, मगर ध्यान करने की इच्छा नहीं होती थी। लक्ष्मी सिकरवार का मकान बन गया तभी से उनके पिताजी परमार बाबा भी इसी मकान में रहते है, मेरी दयनीय हालत को देखकर मुझसे रोजाना ध्यान करने को कहते रहते। मुझे पढ़ने को कई मासिक पत्रिकाएं देते थे। जिनके पढ़ने से तमाम साधकों के अनुभव, यौगिक क्रियायें व बीमारी से मुक्ति होना समझ में आया। 18.05.2011 को परमार बाबा ने मासिक पत्रिका अगस्त 2009 मुझे पढ़ने को दी जिसके ड पेज न. 32 पर एक लीना माणिक लड़की का लेख पढ़ा जिनसे गुरुदेव ध्यान में बात करते थे। इसे पढ़ने से मुझे उत्सुकता हुई जिसे कहा जाये कि मुझ पर गुरु कृपा हुई, उसी दिन शाम को 5 बजे मैंने बाबा से कहा कि मुझे भी ध्यान करवा दो तो उन्होंने ध्यान क की विधि समझा कर ध्यान करवाया मुझे ध्यान लग गया। पहले मेरे शरीर में हलचल सी हुई, आँखों से आँसू निकल रहे थे। मेरा सिर आगे की ओर झुक गया। जमीन से टिक गया। मुझे गुरुदेव के दर्शन हुए व मुझ से कहा कि -बेटी चिन्ता मत कर तेरी सभी समस्याएँ मिट जायेगी। बाबा ने आज्ञाचक्र को अंगुठा से दबाकर ध्यान खुलवाया। मुझे गुरुदेव का फोटो दिया और कहा कि घर पर ही नियमित ध्यान करते रहना। फिर भी मेरी इच्छा उनके पास - जाकर ध्यान करने की होती थी। 4-5 दिन तक बाबा के घर पर जाकर ध्यान किया, उसके बाद मैं नियमित रूप से अपने घर पर ही ध्यान करती हूँ। प्रति - दिन गुरुदेव मुझे ध्यान में दर्शन देते है। - गुरु कृपा से आज मैं पूर्णतः स्वस्थ हूँ। - किसी भी प्रकार का मानसिक तनाव - या अनिद्रा जैसी कोई शिकायत नहीं - है। ।। गुरु कृपा कब और कैसे होती है। - कोई माध्यम होता है, परमार बाबा के - माध्यम से मेरे जीवन में गुरु कृपा का आगमन हुआ और मेरा नारकीय जीवन ही बदल कर देवत्व बन गया। अतः मै सभी माता, बहनों, भईयों, बुजुर्गों को यही बताना चाहती हूँ कि गुरु कृपा के पात्र बनकर शरण में चले जाओ तो आपका जीवन धन्य हो जाएगा। समय चूकने पर पछताना ही शेष रहेगा। मैं गुरुदेव से यही प्रार्थना करती हूँ कि मैं अपने मायके में कब तक रहूँगी, मेरी नाब अधर में है, जिसे गुरुदेव ही पार लगायेंगे। उन्हीं की कृपा से मुझे मेरे ससुराल वाले अपना लेगें तो मेरी नाव किनारे लग जायेगी। गुरुदेव के चरणों में मेरा बारम्बार नमन। लीना माणिक की लिखी चार पंक्तियों ने मुझे प्रोत्साहित किया। उन पंक्तियों को पुनः स्मरण कर लिख रही हूँ।

ना भुलेंगे हम कभी उस पल को, जब आप हमारी जिन्दगी मेंशामिल हुए"

2) पूज्य गुरुदेव की तस्वीर का ध्यान - प्रतिदिन खाली पेट अधिकतम 15 मिनट , सम्भव हो तो प्रातः सूर्योदय से पूर्व (स्नान आदि आवश्यक नही)
