SHARAN (Sanctuary for Health and Reconnection to Animals and Nature) works to spread holistic health awareness and ecologically sustainable, compassionate lifestyles. Sanctuary for Health and Reconnection to Animals and Nature (SHARAN) is a non-profit organization with the goal of spreading awareness about holistic health and an ecologically sustainable compassionate lifestyle. Our mission is to help people regain an optimal quality of life by guiding them to engage actively with their own health. We empower people to make long-term lifestyle changes that help them to attain their peak health condition for life. SHARAN consists of a growing group of doctors and professionals connected by the same vision of what it means to really be healthy. Our goal is to inspire others to reconnect to their natural state of perfect, vibrant health. We have already positively impacted the lives of over a hundred thousand people in India and abroad. Thirty years ago only 5% of our adult population had diabetes, while today the number stands at more than 30%. Two out of three people with diabetes die from heart disease or stroke. Research indicates that people with diabetes may be losing between 10 to 19 years of their life. All health and disease statistics and research indicate that diabetes is the new major health challenge of this century. Contrary what you hear, there IS a cure for diabetes. SHARAN assists you in preventing and reversing diabetes by identifying the causes of the disease and using food as medicine. They have been used and tested by doctors all over the world and are becoming a part of mainstream knowledge in other countries.

Every year, nearly 670,000 women lose their lives to breast cancer 😔 And this number doesn’t even include the countless women who struggle through treatment and long-term suffering.

But here’s something many people never hear:
Breast cancer risk can be massively reduced by focusing on just two lifestyle pillars 🌱

1️⃣ Avoid all animal products and dairy

Dairy naturally contains estrogens, progesterone, and growth hormones — because it is the secretion of a female mammal 🧬 These hormones are known to promote breast cancer growth.
