sera(Plasma) injection is work to treat the Covid19 but it can not decrease the chance of relapse or recurrence Covid 19.
12ML of whole blood in for each 5 ML of serum.
Collect the blood who dose recover from covid19. they know as Plasmadoner and current patient who are suffering from Covid19 they are know as plasma accepter .
centrifuge at list 15mnt at 2200 to 2500RPM.
used after bacterial filter 0.2micron.
before inj..all must check hypersensitivity reaction in patient.
