Masoordal soup(high protein soup)
Ingredients:
Masoor dal 1/3 cup
Carrot- Half
Ghee- 1 tap
Garlic- 8cloves
Onion- 1
Ginger- 1 inch
Curry leaves- 5-6
Mustard seeds half tsp
Tomato- 1
Asafoetida- 1 pinch
Lemon- Half
Paper powder- Half tap

Method:
1 tsp ghee in a cooker and put mustard seeds ,curry leaves and asafoetida in it.
put all chopped veggies and masoor dal an saute it.
Put some water in it.
the lid of cooker and hit till 10 minutes.
cooling the cooker bland all this in a mixer and put it in some another pan and boil it.
off the flam and put salt,paper powder and lemon.
Its really yummy and healthy and nutritious.
