Su***de prevention Advice : “WAIT”
W- Watch out ( for signs of distress or change in behaviour)
A- Ask ( are you having suicidal thoughts) don’t hesitate to ask or share
I - It will pass ( assure your loved ones that, with help their suicidal feelings will pass with time)
T- talk to others ( encourage your loved ones to seek help from health professionals)

Ways to boost your mental health:
1. Be physically active
2. Stay connected with your friends and family
3. Make sure that you are getting adequate sleep
4. Practice mindfulness
5. Take time to learn some coping strategies that can help you deal with stress

Warning Signs of Depression:

-ઉદાસ મન
-ભૂખ તથા ઊંઘમાં ફેરફાર
-કામમાં અરુચિ તથા કંટાળો

દરેક હસતો માણસ ખુશ હોય એ જરૂરી નથી.
