Left temporal ICH

65 years female presented with history of fall from byke followed by LOC. On examination patient was unconcious with GCS 8/15. CT brain showed Left Temporal ICH, Emergency craniectomy and evacuation was done. Post operatively patient improved without any deficits on 9 th day.
