Case of Unilateral complete Nasal and alveolus ... Both the child age were 1 year approximately. We have done **Triangular flap technique** / **Tennison technique ** to close the cleft. Post operative photos and status of patients health is satisfactory. Operative date -08-02-19 & 09-02-19.
In India Incidence of cleft lip and cleft palate in the regional population as 1:639.
And early treatment is always appreciated.
