We are looking for a business development Interns.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Work on medical equipment sales (direct sales), B2C
• Conduct frequent visits to the hospitals for meeting doctors, supply chain managers, and procurement staff
• Convert the leads given on a target basis

The company officials will accompany you when required to close the lead when and where needed. Also, sufficient training and support will be provided.

Job Role - Sales Specialist
Location: Maharastra
Reporting to - Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Channel management
● Develop, maintain, and move clients in the healthy sales pipeline in-line with the
company business objectives
● Ensure all data is captured, tracked, and qualified leads are entered into the CRM
leads management system
● Coordinate and assist regional channel partners for the growth of our client base rapidly.
● Develop a rapport with KOLs and engage with the marketing team to drive regional
events and develop marketing collateral
● Travel regionally and pan-India for sales support, channel partner meetings and conferences as required.
Installation and Training and Service
● Lead the installation of the solution, and drive effective implementation and usage of
the product at the client site
● Ensure the day-to-day coordination and follow-up of product installations, provide
training to nurses and BMEs
● Interact with nurses, doctors, IT teams, BME teams, and administration to ensure
that the product integrates with their needs.
● Ensure optimal coordination between Evelabs and the hospital for scheduling of
meetings, and transparent reporting of client satisfaction
● Work with hospital and Evelabs to immediately resolve any product-related issues
that customers report
Requirements
● A desire to work in a mission-driven company focused on making a difference
● 1+ years of work experience in the hospital-sector, or medical device sector
● Strong client-facing skills, leadership capabilities, and experience working with
multidisciplinary teams
● Great communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with clinical staff
● Excitement to work in a culture that is people-oriented, adaptable, supportive, and
creative
● Ability to travel and move to various locations in a specified region
● Fluent in the local languages (English, Tamil, Hindi)
Preferred
● Technical background with a desire to be part of the Business team
● Experience working in a hospital environment, interacting with clinicians, nurses, and

● Own mode of transportation for local or regional travel
