Job Description :
Urgent requirement of MD MEDICINE, , for well-known reputed hospital.
Responsibilities :
- Resident doctors should do supervision of attending physicians patients ,
- Initial and ongoing assessment of patient's medical, physical, and psycho social status.
- To be aware regarding patient Investigation profile/reports/plan, Treatment details/drug procurement, Drug allergies/patient history.
- Write orders and progress notes in patient charts.
- Attending physicians rounds.
- Communicate effectively with consultants and patients' relatives.
Qualification : MBBS in Any Specialization
