I had the privilege of engaging with the vibrant teacher education students of C K Raghavan Memorial College of Teacher Education, as part of the Life Skill Enhancement Programme organised by IQAC.
The session focused on the essential life skills that young teachers and future educators need to build a balanced, confident, and mindful professional journey.

Practical strategies were shared to help future teachers handle classroom challenges with ease, empathy, and clarity.
Stress & Time Management Techniques
We discussed simple tools to manage academic load, digital distractions, and personal responsibilities—helping students stay organised and mentally grounded.
Building Self-Awareness and Professional Identity
Interactive discussions helped students reflect on their strengths, teaching values, and the mindset required to succeed as educators.
Personal Growth & Balanced Living
Students learned small but powerful lifestyle hacks to maintain mental balance, build daily routines, and nurture meaningful habits.
I am truly grateful for the warm welcome and active participation from each student. Your energy, questions, and reflections made the session engaging and enjoyable.
