Patient Profile

Age: 76 years

Presenting Complaint: Raised serum creatinine, indicating impaired renal function.

Initial Laboratory Findings

Serum Creatinine: 4.04 mg/dL (Normal: ≤1.5 mg/dL)

eGFR: 11 mL/min (indicative of End-Stage Renal Disease – ESRD)

Conventional medical approach at this stage recommends dialysis.
However, due to advanced age, the patient’s relatives were reluctant to proceed with dialysis.

An elderly gentleman visited our clinic with swelling on his face and eruptions on his feet.

On careful inquiry, it was revealed that he had applied topical steroid creams to the eruptions on his feet. Soon after, swelling appeared on his face.

This clearly indicated that the eruptions were suppressed, leading to a deeper manifestation in the form of facial swelling. The nature of the eruptions appeared to be herpetic.

A thorough case-taking was carried out, and a suitable homoeopathic prescription was given.

Platelet went from 56000 to 193000 in 3 days

ACASE OF DENGUE FEVER

A 8 Year old was brought to my consultation with fever and *Dengue IgM positive* reports.
Upon investigation found out his Platelets to be only *56000*
The kid was complaining of body pain , vomiting and Itching with rashes on skin.

We started his medicine on 9th August

9th August - Platelet 56000
10th August - Platelet 99000
11th August - Platelet 105000
12th August - Platelet 193000
