When I choose myself again and again
It’s hard to start over again post delivery,
Every time I leave home with the guilt of being absent from home. But I feel really happy to work in what I love.
After being a mom I can’t be so soft or so hard, it’s always in between trying to maintain balance; still finding joy in small things.
Someone says don’t tell your dreams that you have a lot of obstacles, but my obstacles are not obstacles anymore they are part of me, I can’t leave them or choose them every time.
Hard but the truth of every mom still has dreams to achieve.

Fatty liver usually causes no symptoms. When symptoms occur, they include fatigue, weight loss and abdominal pain.

Frozen Shoulder
A 55-year-old lady, came to the OPD
First visit - July 2023
Complaints - back pain, anorexia, constipation, spondylitis
Treated for 2 months, she stopped medicine as she got relief.
2 nd visit- Oct 2023 for Acidity. Treated for 10 days
3rd visit - July 2024 - complaints - Neck pain , unable to walk , body ache etc Again treated for 1 month then she stopped the medicine after getting relief.

Now, July 2025 - shoulder.

Healing is a continuous process, only medicine can help you but with lifestyle changes. If you are not following the process you might end up with another complaint.

In this patient, वातव्याधी is increasing day by day might end up with a bigger disease.

Three months back, a 57-year-old lady came to the clinic complaining about body aches, knee pain, unable to work in the kitchen, radiating pain along the body, and changes in the shape of her fingers, which is a classical sign of Aamvaat.
At that time she was taking allopathic painkillers to stop the pain and swelling.
She took medicine and diet. Some lifestyle changes helped her recover fast.
Now, after 1 month she stopped the allopathy medicine after consulting an allopathy doctor.

One interesting patient from today’s OPD -
9 9-year-old girl suffering from heavy sweating , Anorexia , itching , overthinking etc .
Her was agitated by her choosiness when it comes to food. She doesn’t use the school’s washroom due to unhygienic conditions so she drinks less water.
Some students from her class call someone #मोटी so she avoids eating food.
She thinks more about her appearance at this age which concerns me too.

She doesn't like to play outside due to the rainy season, and she doesn't like to eat liquid curry due to.

So we are working on her digestion which is correlated with thinking of everyone.

create balance between mind and body which leads to a life.
