Pre-Analytical Quality Control Audit – Phlebotomy Excellence ✅
Our NABL 15189:2022 accredited Diagnostic Laboratory at Adhiparasakthi Hospitals underwent a Pre-Analytical Quality Control Audit on 16th September 2025.

The audit was conducted by Ms. Jananipriya Priya Pandurangan, Expert–Preanalytics Sales, Greiner Bio-One, leading suppliers of phlebotomy consumables, as part of our continuous quality improvement initiatives.

✔️ Audit Duration: 12 hours
✔️ Compliance Achieved: 83% with all QA/QC protocols in the phlebotomy section

In a special appreciation event held in the presence of DMS Dr. Kumaresan, our phlebotomists Mr. Yuvaraj and Mrs. H. Sripriya were honoured as Best Phlebotomists for their outstanding performance.

We, the Laboratory Team, extend our heartfelt thanks to MD Dr. Ramesh sir for his unwavering support and encouragement in upholding quality standards consistently.

Industrial Visit to BioSystems 🔬✨
As part of our continuous Quality Assurance initiatives, the Diagnostic Laboratory team of Adhiparasakthi Hospital visited the BioSystems manufacturing plant at SIPCOT, Sriperumbudur on 10th October 2025.

Led by Lab Director Dr. G. Hemalatha, a team of eleven explored the facility’s key sections including:
• Material receiving & quarantine
• Quality check stations
• Reagent storage & cold rooms
• Mixing, packing & sorting units
• Storage & loading areas with unidirectional workflow
They also visited the Admin block, Machine Assembly and Quality Check divisions.

Senior officials from BioSystems—including the Head of HR, Head of Quality, Regional Sales Head, National CEO, and Centre Head from Spain—guided the team and explained the plant’s work culture and processes.

This visit strengthened our team’s understanding of Quality Assurance at the manufacturing level, empowering them to elevate implementation in our hospital laboratory.

A heartfelt thank you to MD Dr. Ramesh Sir for making this valuable learning experience possible.
