A very important piece of information came into the complete picture that is regarding the latest policy taken by the state government of Andhra Pradesh. Thatis in order to provide the medical infrastructure in our state that is Andhra Pradesh, a policy was taken that if any people, person, persons, company, organization, or trust approaches and assures that particular people person, persons, company, organization, or trust establishes a good hospital with a minimal bed strength of 300 beds and ₹300,00.00.000/-estimation, five acres of land will be allotted to that particular person, company, organization, or trust. For this before the 4th of February, the applications which are endorsed by a Charted Accountant and a Charted engineer, along with the Detailed Project Report, Projections and blueprint with the list of the specialties which are present and a bond stating that from the third year after the allotment of the land this particular medical institute will be a functional one if not the rights are reserved with the government to take back its land should be submitted to the industrial department of the government of Andhra Pradesh state by mentioning from which area the land should be provided, the best project report will be selected and the land will be allotted. For this, the technical person charges ₹1,50,000 as the application furnishing and submission fees along with the Charted Accountant and a Charted engineer fees.
