NATH YOG -Love, Light, Consciousness Nathyog is a yoga shala which was started six years year ago, ashtanga vinyasa and hatha yoga, meditation and pramayamas and bandhas are taught here.

Nath yog is a yoga school established in 2015. we learn about our body and the mind through yoga. It aims at uplifting the energy of a human being by various practices of yoga , giving them a holistic experience of health, promoting physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, psychological health. We teach Hatha yoga, which includes Asanas(Body postures), Bandhas(Energy locks), Mudras(Gestures), Kriyas. in the modern world Hatha yoga is Subdivided int various forms of Yoga such as Iyenger yoga (use of props), ashtanga vinyasa(founded by Pattabhi jois), Yin yoga but the goal of each form is same which is YOG, achieving the communion of your self with the higher self.
