MEDICAL FOUNDATION ( HMSAH MEDICAL FOUNDATION ) has been founded on 1ST JAN 2013 by A group of leading Muslim personalities to do educational and Social welfare efforts for the benefit of Muslim community in particular and also to the other down trodden people of SITAPUR , LAKHEEMPUR , KANNAUJ , HARDOI ,UNNAO , BARABANKI , LUCKNOW , KANPUR - Uttar Pradesh – India in general It also maintains various Madarsa, primary schools, high schools, Junior Colleges, College of education for the benefit of the Young poor and needy Muslim people. Hmsah Medical Foundation , a not for profit making company , registered as a trust in India and has been registering as a not for profit making company under section - 25 of ministry of corporate affairs , the organization setup mainly to build up the capacity of NGO;working in the remote area of country - India and lead team to work enthusiastically in a development and humanitarian issue, It is a non profit making , secular , legal non-political, non governmental organization formed for networking , Education, Health social Welfare work
