SPM Nursing College, Kanpur, Shines at WWNATION 2024 Conference

Director Dr. Bandana Sharma, along with the dedicated faculty and students of SPM Nursing College, proudly attended the prestigious WWNATION 2024 Conference. The college was honored with an Appreciation Award presented by respected dignitaries, including Dr. Sanjay Kala (Dean, GSVM Medical College), Dr. Meera Agnihotri, Dr. Kiran Pandey, and Dr. Neena Gupta (Former HOD, Obstetrics & Gynaecology), as well as many other esteemed senior professionals.

A total of 124 students from our college participated in the event’s "Conquering NCDs" initiative. We are thrilled to announce that our students excelled in the Slogan Competition, with Nidhi Patel winning 1st prize, Anamika securing 2nd prize, and Anurag Pal taking home the 3rd prize.

Additionally, Dr. Meera Agnihotri educated us on the AMMA (Anemia Mukt Maternal & Adolescent) project, aimed at raising awareness about anemia across India. The national slogan for the initiative is:

"Anemia Mukt Bharat
Poshan Yukt Bharat
Cancer Mukt Bharat"

We are proud of our students' achievements and grateful for the opportunity to learn from such inspiring leaders.
