A large stone was successfully removed from the bile duct Laproscopically.

CBD (Common Bile Duct) exploration was performed using a flexible ureteroscope, showcasing innovative surgical techniques.
The patient recovered remarkably well and was discharged on the 5 th day in excellent condition.

The synergy between a gastrosurgeon and a urosurgeon in this joint venture helped in achieving goal effectively. Sharing
endoscopic experience and technology of both specialists, leveraged to navigate and remove the bile duct stone effectively, enhancing the precision and success of the surgery.

This collaboration highlights the benefits of interdisciplinary approaches in medicine, where diverse expertise comes together to achieve complex medical goals and improve patient outcomes.

एक साल की बच्ची के पेट से निकाला गया 1 किलो का ट्यूमर. बच्ची के बाएं गुर्दे में तीन महीने से गांठ थी जो तेजी से बढ़ रही थी. ट्यूमर इतना बड़ा था की बच्चे को खाने -पीने और सांस लेने में दिक्क़त होने लगी थी। इस तरह की गांठ को wilm's tumour कहते है जो लगभग 10 हजार बच्चों में एक बच्चे को होता है। शहर के अन्य बड़े अस्पतालो में अत्यधिक खर्च और अधिक risk बताये जाने पर माता पिता ने हमारे अस्पताल में सलाह ली। कल डा. आमोद गायनी अस्पताल में इस बच्ची का आप्रेसन किया गया। दो घंटे चले इस जटिल आप्रेसन के बाद tumour को सुरक्षित तरीके से निकाल लिया गया। इस आप्रेसन में कोई complication नहीं हुआ और न ही आप्रेसन के बाद ICU की जरूरत पड़ी। बच्ची अब पूर्ण स्वस्थ है और तीसरे दिन ही छुट्टी के लिए तैयार है।

75 वर्षीय सेवानिवृत अध्यापक का आयुष्मान भारत योजना द्वारा निःशुल्क आप्रेसन किया गया. प्रोस्टेट के आप्रेसन के अगले दिन से ही वो पूर्ण रूप से स्वस्थ है और छुट्टी के लिए तैयार है. मेरे पिताजी भी लगभग इन्ही के उम्र के है और वो भी रिटायर्ड अध्यापक है अतः इनके साथ एक भावनात्मक सम्बन्ध महसूस हुआ.
