This tip will not work with the natural teeth as the reflection of light of the natural teeth varies with that of the shade guide

Patient complaint : Spacings , Proclination, Attrition of upper central incisors due to Trauma from Occlusion

Line of Treatment done :
1) Spacings and Procliantion correction done with Orthodontic treatment

2) Root canal treatment done for one of the incisor (21)

3)Crowns placed for upper central incisors

Fun fact - Recession of lower incisor reduced magically after the treatment which is rarely seen after orthodontic correction (Thanks to the patient for continuous maintaince and gum paint usage during the treatment)

Myth : Dental Scaling makes teeth whiter ❌

Fact : It removes Extrinsic stains i.e,the stains, debris and calculus which are formed on the teeth surface only .. hence your orginal shade of the teeth will be visible.. ✅

In this case,tobacco chewing habit lead to yellowish intrinsic staining also .. which cannot be removed by dental scaling .. only dark brown extrinsic stains are removed ..
