High blood pressure doesn’t just affect your numbers—it slowly damages your heart.
Hypertensive heart failure happens when long-standing uncontrolled BP forces the heart to pump harder. Over time, the heart muscle thickens, becomes stiff or weak, and can no longer pump blood efficiently. The result: breathlessness, fatigue, swelling of legs, and reduced exercise capacity.

How it happens:
Constant high pressure = constant overload. The heart adapts at first by thickening, but this “compensation” eventually fails, leading to heart failure.

How to prevent it:
Control blood pressure early and consistently. Follow a low-salt diet, maintain a healthy weight, stay physically active, manage stress, limit alcohol, avoid to***co, and take prescribed medicines regularly.

What you can do:
Check BP regularly, don’t skip medications, get routine heart check-ups, recognize early symptoms (shortness of breath, ankle swelling, easy fatigue), and seek timely medical care. Hypertensive heart failure is largely preventable with disciplined BP control.

Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) is rare, sudden, and often misunderstood — and this story puts a real face to it.

GBS is a condition where the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the nerves. It usually starts with tingling, numbness, or weakness in the legs, and can progress upward, affecting movement, reflexes, and sometimes even breathing.
For many people, it begins days or weeks after a viral or bacterial infection — something as common as a fever, cold, or stomach bug.

Recovery is possible, but it takes time, medical care, physiotherapy, and immense mental strength.
This testimonial isn’t just about illness — it’s about resilience, patience, and the fight to regain normal life.
