With the Grace of Almighty, Dr. C K Thakur & Dr Sarita Thakur started a small Clinic in 1979, in the Heart of Karnal City. Their Vision Was to give Excellent Services in the Field of Medicine, Gynae & Obstetrics. With their Dedication & Hard Work The Small Clinic Grew to a 10 Bedded Nursing Home, In a very short time. With the passage of time it became a Multi Speciality Hospital, after Joining Of Dr. Anuj Thakur, in 2008. Dr Anuj Thakur had a vast experience in the Field Of Paediatrics & Neonatology, from the Prestigious Institutions of Country . To name a few like, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Amrita Institute Of Medical Sciences, Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, PGIMS Rohtak. He was one of the Pioneers To start & Build the concept of Intensive Neonatology in this Region. With his Passion Towards Neonatology & the results he delivered , the NICU Expanded to a 25 Bedded Level 3 NICU. The smallest of the baby, his team has succeeded to make survive is merely 640grams. Major Neonatal surgeries like Oesophageal Atresia ,Tracheo -oesophageal Fistula,
Perforated Intestine have been successfully done by Paediatric Surgeon in this hospital with the expert help of Dr Anuj Thakur. In 2006, Dr. Gitanjali Thakur, after Finishing her PG in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from St. Stephens Hospital Delhi, joined Kasturba Hospital, for an year. Then she was appointed as a Consultant at Government Hospital, Karnal. In 2011, she joined Thakur Hospital. She along with Obstetrics Work, had a fine experience in Cosmetic Gynae. She is the First Gynaecologist in the State to start Non Invasive Cosmetic Gynaecology, with excellent results in this field. In 2015, the hospital expanded to a 40 Bedded Hospital, with a vision to ‘EVOLVE AS A BENCHMARK IN QUALITY HEALTH CARE’

Entry Level NABH Accreditation was achieved by the Hospital in 2018, & after maintaining the high standards of Quality Care, the Hospital was accredited as a Full NABH hospital in 2022.
