The scale said 108kg. The mind said “enough.”
365 days of choosing action over excuses. No shortcuts, no magic formulas , just showing up every single day, paying the price, and trusting the work. -25kgs down.
Year ago, had zero clue about exercises, proper form, or weight training. This wouldn’t be possible without and the entire AlphaMen team. From having no foundation, to tracking my progress and diet on our shared sheets , they gave me the exact blueprint to change my life and got me started.
Massive respect to the community at for providing the environment to build this. So we continue.💪

People keep asking what changed. I did …..but not overnight, not with anything flashy, just with the boring work nobody sees. As a plastic surgeon, I’m reminded daily that the best results come from precision and consistency, not drama. Showing up every day, training with intent, eating within limits, sleeping right, and repeating it even when motivation is zero. Kept it simple, stayed patient, and let time do its job.
