Premature greying of hairs

What causes greying of hairs in early 20s these days !!
1. Genetic factor : it plays 50% role in premature greying of your hairs. If any of your close relative had early greying, it may cause early greying of your hairs.

2. Nutritional deficiencies : food habit nowadays is an important factor which causes greying in young adults and children. Vitamin B12 , biotin deficiency and protien deficiency leads to diffuse greying of hairs.
3. Chemicals , hair dyes, electric ironing of hairs and permanent styling of hairs is also a cause of change in your hair texture.
4. Smoking : one of the most common reasons that produce oxidative stress in your body and that not only causes premature greying but also ageing signs in your skin .
5. STRESS : it can be due to some chronic illness , any systemic disease or some mental tension . Any kind of stress on your body will lead to changes in your hair volume and colour. You will suffer from chronic hair loss that may continue for years or months .

Myths : Can plucking out your white hair causes more white hair?? Answer is no , it doesn’t affect it you pluck out one white hair or 10. You must treat the cause.
