Zinc is involved in numerous aspects of cellular metabolism. It is required for the catalytic activity of approximately 100 enzymes.
--> It plays a role in immune function, protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and cell division
--> Zinc also supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence and is required for proper sense of taste and smell.

On ur cheat day's homemade style simple
"STIR FRIED HOT SCHEZWAN MAGGIE"🍜

🟠Ingredients--
🔸 1 pckt Maggie with Maggie taste maker
🔸 1 onion (chopped)
🔸 1 tomato (chopped)
🔸 3-4 garlic cloves (chopped)
🔸 2-3green chillis (chopped)spice as per ur choice
🔸 3-4 tbsp refined oil
🔸 1/2 tsp coriander powder
🔸 1/2 tsp jerra powder
🔸 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
🔸 1/2 black pepper powder
🔸 1/2 tsp sugar
🔸 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
🔸 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
🔸 1 tsp dark soy sauce
🔸 1/2 tsp vinegar
🔸 Salt to taste

🟠Procedure--
First boil the water in a pan,add few drops of oil, bring the Maggie 1/3rd boil. Strain the water & separate the Maggie. ->Take a pan add oil, then chopped veggies (onion,tomato, garlic cloves,green chillis)are added to the hot oil,fry the veggies until it looks golden brown, after that all sauces ( schezwan, tomato,dark soy sauce) are added into the pan,-> add all the dry spices ( zeera powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder, black pepper powder) to all the spices balanced add some sugar & salt to taste. ->finally add the Maggie taste maker to the pan few minutes saute it.-> add pre boiled Maggie into the pan & add vinegar to it & saute until it cooked. After sauteing 5 minutes take off the pan & platting the hot stire fried schezwan Maggie & garnish with some veggies & sauce.
