ਸ਼ਿਵ ਖੇੜਾ ਦੀ ਕਿਤਾਬ
"ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ"
ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਅੱਜ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਹਲਾਤ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਢੁੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪੂਜਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨਾਉਂਸਮੈਂਟ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਖਤਰਾ ਹੈ ਪਿੰਡ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਾਰਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਕਿਸੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੇ ਚਲਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਸਰਪੰਚ, ਕਦੀ ਲੰਬਰਦਾਰ, ਕਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਤੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਆ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਰੱਬ ਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਚਾ ਲਵੇਗਾ। ਸਾਰੇ ਮਿੰਨਤਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਲੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਦਾ। ਆਖਰਕਾਰ ਉਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਪਿੰਡ ਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਰੱਬ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਕਾਇਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਇਨ੍ਹੀ ਭਗਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ। ਰੱਬ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੰਜ ਵਾਰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਦੀ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ, ਕਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ, ਕਦੇ ਲੰਬਰਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ। ਪਰ ਤੇਰੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਨੀਅਤ ਸੀ ਮਰਨ ਦੀ।
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਾਸੀਓ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਿਭਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਨੀਅਤ ਮਰਨ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਓ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਬਚਾ ਕਰੀਏ
