ध्यान करने से घटनाएं घटनी बंद नही होती। घटनाएं घटती रहती हैं, बस उनके घटने का कारण और निवारण समझ में आने लगता है। क्योंकि ध्यानी अवेयरनेस में रहने लगता है। इससे जिंदगी जीने का सही तरीका समझ में आने लगता है।

ध्यान करने का सही उपयोग ध्यान को अपनी दिन भर की क्रियाओं में लाना है। हर क्रिया को पूर्ण धायनपूर्वक और अवेयरनेस से करना ही ध्यान का सार है।
और इसी वजह से नए कर्म बनते नही और बहुत सारे पूराने कर्मों का प्रक्षालन होने लगता है। क्यूंकि आप वही करते है जो सही है। ना की वो जिसमें आपको अपना या दूसरों का फायदा दिखे। और इसीसे आपकी नाड़िया साफ होने लगती है। नाड़िया यानी की प्राणिक चैनल्स, कर्मों की वजह से ही मैल से भर जाते है। हर इंसान मैले चैनल्स के साथ ही जन्म लेता है, अपने पुराने जन्मों के कर्मों की वजह से। और वर्तमान जन्म में और मैल एकत्रित कर लेता है। जब योग , प्राणायाम और ध्यान कर के मैल छट जाती है, तब ईश्वर्य शक्ति कुंडलिनी एक्टिवेट होने लगती है और अपने सही समय पर उठती है। इसमें कई जन्म लग सकते है। एक ध्यानी अपने डेडिकशन से इसे एक जन्म में पा सकता है। इसके लिए कोई शॉर्टकट नही चलता, और ना ही कोई आपको करवा सकता है। इसके लिए खुद साधना और सिर्फ घोर साधना ही करनी पड़ती है।

A compassionate one is a person of the highest character, who understands internal ego and outer selfishness and has gotten himself rid off both. It is achieved by the one who offers/commits his karmas to the almighty ( practise Ishwarpranidhan). Such a person is full of love, which leads him to an enthusiastic compassion. He is intelligent and is always in chardikalah and that is why he practises compassion with discernment. His compassion brings in fruits of further compassion and kindliness for all. He weighs his intelligent mind in the safe hands of almighty, so that he continues to remain blessed in his presence. He understands that he has to practise the compassion that won't lead to begging, impoverishment. It won't lead anyone to sin, falsehood or make himself surround with flattery, admiration or ego.
JIVANMUKTAS must practise helpful work and compassion towards others. The lord's house doesn't accept that they separate themselves from the world. JIVANMUKTAS, sadhus or family man all are alike in his house. Whoever has HIS understanding is duty bound to use and distribute it. He is capable, has knowledge and correct way to give to others.
