कुछ हँस के
बोल दिया करो,
कुछ हँस के
टाल दिया करो,
यूँ तो बहुत
परेशानियां है
तुमको भी
मुझको भी,
मगर कुछ फैंसले
वक्त पे डाल दिया करो,
न जाने कल कोई
हंसाने वाला मिले न मिले..
इसलिये आज ही
हसरत निकाल लिया करो !!
समझौता
करना सीखिए..
क्योंकि थोड़ा सा
झुक जाना
किसी रिश्ते को
हमेशा के लिए
तोड़ देने से
बहुत बेहतर है ।।।
किसी के साथ
हँसते-हँसते
उतने ही हक से
रूठना भी आना चाहिए !
अपनो की आँख का
पानी धीरे से
पोंछना आना चाहिए !
रिश्तेदारी और
दोस्ती में
कैसा मान अपमान ?
बस अपनों के
दिल मे रहना
आना चाहिए...!

Its realy very painful experiencing death of friends n family in recent times, due to preexisting illness, cardiac arrest or uncontrolled diabetes n now due to current pandemic COVID too .

What I believe is Root cause of all psychosomatic diseases is Stress and specifically in pendemic times people have lots of fear and anxiety such as

1)Loosing near once.

2)Getting infected.

3)Loosing job and financial problem.

4)Long working hours from home.

5)Future is quite uncertain for all of us kids to senior citizens.

6)No outing and social interaction which is adding fuel to fire.

*Suggestion*

1)At least observe silence everyday for 10-15 minutes what people call me time.

2)Spend everyday 30 minutes In doing what u like most may be puzzles,chess,music etc etc.

3)Do some gentle work out and some breathing practice, Pranayam, Meditation. 30 mins

4)Read any religious scripture from Bhagvad Gita to Bible to Quran whatever is u r belief, it will give you lot of mental strength. 30 mins

5)Keep yourself well hydrated if possible lukewarm water, Eat healthy and make sure minimum 7 hours sleep. Avoid sugar completely may use jaggery induce Ajwain n lemon or oranges fruits n veggies..

6)Once a week meet friends online and spend 1 hour playing something online, go back to your childhood.

7)Last but not least in tough time try to help needy and poor without fail.
