🩺 Orthopedic Medical Camp at Thrikkakara 🩺

I am happy to share that we were part of an Orthopedic Medical Camp at Thrikkakara, led by MOSC Medical Mission Hospital, Kolenchery, in association with the Inner Wheel Club of Cochin Global, the Rotary Community Corps of Rotary Club of Cochin Global, and the Thrikkakara Municipality.

The camp was inaugurated by the District Collector and attended by several dignitaries, including municipal chairpersons and ward members.

More than 250 patients benefited from the initiative, which offered:
✅ Free orthopedic consultations and Free-medications
✅ Bone density tests
✅ An awareness session on back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis

Special thanks to Mrs. Rupna Joby, President of Inner Wheel Club of Cochin Global, and Rtn Major Donor Noby EA, for the dedicated support and leadership in making this camp possible; also, Rotary community corps lead by Mr. Sujith P.S., Chairman of RCC, for the efficient organisation of the community event.
Dr Sujit Jos, Dr Antony Joseph, dr Prannoy, Paul and Dr Rahul Chandran, examined the patients and provided orthopaedic advices .
This program highlighted the importance of preventive care, early diagnosis, and community awareness in orthopedic health. Together, we can continue building healthier communities. 🙏

I’m delighted to share that I have been invited as National Faculty for the upcoming IASCon 2025 – the National Conference of the Arthroscopic Surgeons of India.

📍 Venue: Taj Cidade de Goa
📅 Dates: September 26 – 28, 2025

As part of this prestigious meeting, I will be:
🔹 Leading a panel discussion on Revision Bankarts and Bone Loss
🔹 Conducting a Master Class on AC Joint Reconstruction using tapes and autograft tendon
🔹 Performing a Live Surgery on Bone Block Reconstruction of the Anterior Glenoid for recurrent shoulder dislocation

Looking forward to exchanging knowledge, sharing surgical expertise, and learning from fellow leaders in arthroscopy. 🙌

With the amazing team behind the scenes during the surgical demonstrations at God’s Own Country Shoulder Course 2025 — both yesterday and the day before.

A big shoutout to Dr. Sam, Dr. Abna, and the Anesthesia team for their steady hands and seamless support. Dr. Prannoy Paul and Dr. Rahul Chandran from Ortho , Sr Prabitha and Sr Reeja the orthopedic senior nurses deserve special mention for their dedication, energy, and meticulous coordination that made everything look smooth and feel enjoyable.
