खरचं आत्महत्येचा विचार हा एका रात्रीत अचानक येणारा विचार आहे का?? अर्थात नाहीच. !
आणि त्याहून महत्वाचा प्रश्न : आपण आत्महत्या वाचवू शकतो का..किंवा *आत्महत्या टळू शकते का??*

सध्याच्या ह्या पार्श्वभूमीवर माझ्या clinical practice मध्ये आलेला एक अनुभव सांगतेय....
