Hi everyone, as we all are home bound for the greater good, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Why not benefit from it??
So all those who had activity levels above the sedentary lifestyle should ensure that they move more in the house whenever possible, also for the one's who previously had sedentary job profiles, its a good chance to start. Follow some basic body weight exercises, which you can comfortably perform in your home, or for those who are very inactive, and want to start now, can start with Surya namaskar. Start at a comfortable pace and slowly increase the intensity.
About your eating habits, make sure to distribute your meals throughout the day (4-6 meals a day)
Avoid binge eating , try eating only when hungry , practice mindfull eating and listen to your gut.
Sleep is a crucial part of how your body metabolises food and absorbs nutrition. Reinforce your natural circadian rhythm, Get minimum of 7hrs of sleep . Try avoiding afternoon naps, i.e immediately after lunch, instead use this time for recreational activities this is your time use it for all those activities which your busy lifestyles dont allow you to do.
