This racing season was a total hormonal play for me.Last year ended up with 1.40 Half Marathon and 3.42 Full marathon hoping to get better with passing year .Landed up in 1.49 Half Marathon and no Full Marathon inspite of registering one.
Everything on place with training consistency ,nutrition and sleep, recovery was not on place kept feeling fatigued even with less training and good sleep.Blood tests showed that I had landed up in Menopausal phase of life where all the protective hormones had declined.
Also to learn more and educate people did a course with Diet insight on Holistic Nutrition and Disease Management with advanced module on female health.Now hoping to share what I have learnt.
Big shout out to every female to just stay calm with changing hormonal profile, accept it and you will be on top of life always ,as we women know Things don't get easier, WE GET STRONGER !!
Small this which kept me going were to believe in prayers,positive vibes n blessings of your friends and family ,my coach teachings,do what all is doable and leave the rest.Evergrateful for community here.Be there and keep cheering for each other as we never know what one is going through!!
