It is an Ayurvedic center where treatment is done according to the principles of Ayurveda i.e. tri-dosha (त्रि-दोष) concept and prakruti-parikshan (प्रक्रुती-परीक्षण). Swasti Ayurved & Panchakarma Center is a modern center of wellness and is well equipped to provide range of Ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatments.

Our center is staffed by expert therapists trained in traditional art & science in panchakarma. Male therapists for male patients and female therapists for female patients.

Each Panchakarma treatment room has attached bathroom, western toilet, hot & cold-water facility and a modern steam bath unit.

At Swasti center, all the material required for the treatment e.g. napkin, bed sheets, towels, inner wears, oils are used for only one time every day for each patient i.e. each patient will get new set of all materials every day.

Each patient is given freshly prepared, pure herbal medicines, which are prepared in Center’s own well-equipped Ayurvedic Laboratory.

The place is being maintained highly hygienic, clean and neat.

GARBHA SANSKAR / आयुर्वेदीय गर्भसंस्कार

It comprises of three treatment stages.

(A) Pre-conception / बीज संस्कार

It starts 3 months before the conception and includes

(1) Determining body constitution ( प्रकृती ) of both the parents through thorough history and medical examination.

(2) बीज शुध्दी - It is achieved by Panchakarma therapies so that o**m

( मातृ बीज ) and s***m ( पितृ बीज ) are in the pures form and devoid of any abnormalities and genetic disorders.

(3) Treatment of associated elements that can cause problems in the conception.

(4) Treatments for conceiving physically and mentally healthy offspring which is achieved by various Panchakarma therapies and Ayurvedic medications.

(5) Associated treatments - उत्तर बस्ती , पिचु धारण , योनी धावन

(6) Guidance about - diet , yoga , exercise and meditation.

(B) गर्भिणि परिचर्या -

It begins from the day of conception till the birth of the baby and includes

(1) First trimester treatments - which are directed towards stability of the foetus.

(2) Second tirmester treatment - which is focused on the evently growth of the baby.

(3) Third trimester treatment - which is for the baby's physical and mental development and preparing mother for the labour.

(4) Solutionfor common ailments like morning sickness , backache , acidity , edema feet.

(5) Dietary advise and medications according to each month of hte pregnancy.

(6) Exercises - Breathing exercises for easy delivery , yoga and meditation.

(7) Auto suggestion - from 7 months for mental and emotional growth of the baby.

(C) Post delivery / सुतिका परिचर्या )

up to 6 weeks after delivery and includes

(1) Taking care of the mother.

(2) Dietary advise for proper nourishment of the mother.

(3) Exercises to regain previous figure and vigour

(4) Importance and technique of breast feeding and ways to improve breast milk secretion.

(5) Prevention of future degeneration.

(6) New born baby care

(7) Vaccination schedule and importance of vaccination.

(d) Ayurvedic hand care / हस्त सौंदर्य चिकित्सा

Cleaning and soaking of the hands with herbal decoction having antimicrobial action is followed by oleation (applying oil). It is followed by scrubbing with herbal scrub and massage of the hands. Lastly a special herbal page is applied to maintain the health of the hands.

Improves the glow and texture of hands and fingernails
Increases the smoothness and shine of the fingernails
Useful in dry hands, bitterness of fingernails

(e) Ayurvedic foot care / पद सौंदर्य चिकित्सा

Procedure is same as in ayurvedic hand care.

Renews the skin by removing the dead skin which is the cause for bunions and corns.
Gives feeling of lightness to the feet.
Keeps fingernails lustrous and shining.
Useful in treatment of cracked heels and dryness of foot.

(f) Ayurvedic hair care

Application of Swasti Ayurvedic Hair Oil which has a nourishing effect on the hair-roots and strengthens the hair - roots to prevent further hair loss. Scalp massage to improve the blood circulation and thus the nourishment of the scalp. Hair steam with herbal decoction. Application of Swasti Herbal Hair Conditioner which give smooth and shining effect to the hair.

(g) Ayurvedic eye care / नेत्र बस्ती

These treatments restore luster to the eyes and nourishment to the surrounding tissues relieving the tension that causes of eye sight, headaches, pain, fatigue, dark circles and fine lines.

PANCHKARMA PREVENTIVE THERAPIES

These therapies are administered to the healthy person who is not suffering from any disease.
