🍳 Healthy Roasted Makhana Recipe (5 PM Snack)
Ingredients:
Makhana – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Rock salt / Sendha namak – to taste
Turmeric – a pinch
Black pepper – a pinch
Roasted jeera powder – ½ tsp
Optional: cinnamon powder (for sugar craving)

Method:
Heat pan, add ghee
Add makhana, roast on low flame 5–7 mins till crispy
Add all spices, mix well
Cool slightly & store in airtight jar
