🥣 हाय प्रोटीन फायबर ओव्हरनाईट ओट्स रेसिपी
🌙 का Overnight Oats?
✅ पचनास हलके
✅ वजन कमी करण्यास मदत

🧂 साहित्य:
रोल्ड ओट्स – ½ कप
दूध / बदाम दूध – 1 कप
चिया बिया – 1 चमचा
शेंगदाणा पावडर / पीनट बटर – 1 चमचा (हाय प्रोटीन)
सफरचंद / पपई / केळी – ½ कप (चिरलेले)
दालचिनी पावडर – चिमूटभर
मध / खजूर पेस्ट – 1 चमचा (ऐच्छिक)
👩‍🍳 कृती:
एका काचेच्या भांड्यात ओट्स घ्या.
त्यात दूध, चिया बिया आणि शेंगदाणा पावडर घाला.
फळे, दालचिनी आणि मध घालून नीट मिसळा.
झाकण लावून रात्री 6–8 तास फ्रिजमध्ये ठेवा.

🥗 Easy Breakfast Veggies Pan (10-Minute Recipe)
✅ Ingredients (1 serving)
1 tsp cold-pressed oil / ghee
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup mixed veggies (carrot, capsicum, beans, cabbage, broccoli – anything available)
1 small tomato (optional)
Salt to taste
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
Pinch of hing (optional)
Fresh coriander / lemon juice (optional)
👩‍🍳 Method
Heat a pan and add oil/ghee
Add jeera + hing, let it crackle
Add onions → sauté till light pink
Add all chopped veggies → mix well
Add turmeric, salt, pepper
Cover and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes
(Veggies should be soft but slightly crunchy)
Add tomato (if using) → cook 1 minute
Switch off gas, add lemon juice & coriander
🍽 How to Eat
Eat plain (best for detox & weight loss)
With 1 multigrain roti / jowar bhakri
With soaked almonds or boiled sprouts on the side
